Cancellation Policy
1. Consultation Fee The fee for each consultation session is INR 1500, payable at the time of booking. Each session lasts for 60 minutes and will be conducted online or in-person, based on the client’s preference. 2. Refund Policy The consultation fee is fully refundable if the client makes a purchase of INR 1 lac or more within 30 days after the consultation. The adjustment will be applied at the time of the purchase and reflected in the final invoice. 3. Rescheduling Clients can reschedule their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled session without any penalty. If rescheduling occurs after this period, an additional fee of INR 500 may apply, depending on availability. 4. Cancellations Cancellations made up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled session will receive 90% refund of the consultation fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. 5. Payment Methods All consultation bookings must be paid for in advance via our Payment Gateway with Razorpay. 6. No Obligation to Purchase The consultation is designed to provide valuable insights and assistance. Clients are under no obligation to make a purchase after the session. 7. Confidentiality All information shared during the consultation will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties without the client’s consent. 8. Limitation of Liability While we aim to provide expert advice, we are not responsible for any business decisions or outcomes based on the consultation.
